Just keep driving and go to another subway. We just waited in line for 15mins and there was one person ahead of us, ONE!! When we arrived, no one greeted us. No one told us -hey it will be a few minutes. Management needs to fire this employee! She was was snappy/rude didn't let me add pickles to my #20 because they "ONLY" come as described. She claimed it's because they have extra meat and cheese yet wouldn't you know it.....she FORGOT my bacon!! Horrible!
I was in the area to visit a vet. In my minds eye I had planned on Carl's Jr. once I got on the highway. I'd had a long, trauma filled day. Saw SUBWAY - and moved over 2 lanes (in an F30). Maria was at the counter. She exuded a feeling of "Welcome". It was by far THE most sincere greeting I've experienced in a very long time. I don't live in the area - however, I will be stopping again soon. I ordered a ft. long B.M.T. Thank you Maria and thank you Subway.
