They’re never open when it says they are. I look online, it says they’re open, I go in person, nobody is there and it’s dark. They should post the REAL hours and say they are open instead of making people think they’re always open.
If I could give zero stars I would simply for how the two employees interacted this evening. Placed an order on the app, paid for it, got notification that it was ready. When we got there to pick it up. The two teenagers working saw us and immediately ran to the back. Finally after waiting the girl came and talked to us and said that she can’t refund our order because they were closing but also that they did not make our order. They changed their hours and cut TWO HOURS off of their hours. Not only that but they lock their doors before 8. They don’t close at 8 they clock out at 8 and another thing. The app still says they close at 10 and I had to find out about these new hours when I went to pick up the sandwich I ordered. No refund no sandwich and no updated hours.
absolutely amazing experience the service was great, got a online order samwhich and boy was it good! shoutout the staff tonight cause this samwhich hitting so hard! i love eating fresh and this experience will have me coming back for years to come!
