I come here maybe 3 times a week and get the same sandwich. I had an issue one time where I did not get the extra meat that I paid for. I called and spoke with Mark and he said to just bring receipt in to refund me the extra meat. A few days later I drove in and he took care of my refund for it. My sub is alwsys fresh and thats why I come back every week. Yes the kiosk is closed some evenings, but if youre short staffed you gotta do what ya can. Can't work store and drive thru alone. Ordered online and came in. One employee present. Greeted them and was ignored. Thanked them for my food and was ignored. The seating areas were clean and the food was good but if that's the treatment a customer can expect when visiting this place then I'll take the hint and steer clear next time
