Subway app sent my order to the wrong location. Called this store to have them cancel it for me and they refused to do so.

Do NOT do mobile orders here. The subs always look terrible and they don't put extra anything even if you pay, and they don't understand any directions put in the comment box
I'll be completely frank. I'm not sure if the employee is new or just doesn't fully understand what they're doing. The food is decent, but the ordering was absolutely annoying. I spent 5 minutes having to repeat myself because the employee just didn't understand, or I had to correct her. And eating inside all I heard for 20 minutes is the exact same issue. Customers have to repeat themselves numerous times for something as simple as no onion.
