Ordered to wrong location. Requested the order be cancelled and refunded. After speaking to an indian man on the phone i was promised a refund within 3-5 business days. This is over a week later. I just called back as of 15:38 9/12/25 and was asked “how can i help you” by the indian representative. As soon as i said “this is Andrew calling about the refund” i was immediately told “i am in a meeting call me back later” then hung up on. I will be going to the store 9/13/25 to demand the refund or a free sandwich. I expect subw... read more

This subway is the best subway I’ve ever been to I 1000% recommend going to this subway there nice and understanding they are really amazing people food was fresh and made with love they care bout there customers the crew member bimal was the best worker and fast very nice and me and my family felt comfortable letting him know what we wanted very house warming Thank you Stone Mountain subway thank you bimal you are great at your job 🫶

Wouldn’t match the app pricing even when I tried to check out and it would go through. The guy was on a call while making my subs. I had to repeat what I was asking multiple times. Had to call multiple times to see if anyone was even working before the individual came out of the back.

Worst subway in Lilburn. Ordered online, then had to wait in line to receive my order, which was made completely wrong.
