The staff failed to take my order properly and added ingredients I specifically asked them not to include. When I politely explained the issue, the manager—who was also working the register—was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me, “Either take the order or leave it,” and then walked away to avoid the conversation altogether. To make matters worse, I was then denied the chance to place the rest of my order. Did not get what i ordered. I ordered the spicy nacho sandwich, which has the nacho chees and sub crunch included on it. They didn't even ask if i wanted the other toppings. What they gave me was a chicken sandwich with barley any siracha and charged me for the spicy nacho....
I had a veggie delight half and tried the nachos. The customer service was amazing. & the man let me try a cookie!!! Food was great.
