Worker gave me attitude when I wanted a refund due to stale bread. He kept repeating himself about how toasting the bread makes it stale, but Ive had the flatbread be toasted and not turn stale. Arguing with the customer rather than making it right is in poor taste. Worker did not smile or give good customer service and rushed me when I had trouble finding an item on the menu. Disgusting i used to come here it was good now they dont even know how to make the sandwich. And there was hair in my food ... I had to throw my food away 🤮
I ordered teriyaki chicken & a meatball foot long subs. The teriyaki chicken was fine but the meatball came with under baked bread. Not edible. Went back with receipt to exchanged it with cooked bread. I was refused & was gonna get charged a 3rd time to replace the one they missed up on. I pleaded but no. I ended up just eating around the bread. Just meatballs. Not good experience here
