My fiancé ordered 3 subs today and brought them home which is a 20 min drive. My herb & cheese bread was stale , hard as a rock. The other two were fine. I decided to contact the restaurant right away and tell them the issue. The employee took my name and said next visit they would replace my sandwich. Which was greatly appreciated.
