No friendly service not even a welcome for a thank you zero conversation I felt rushed out the door
I have been trying to get ahold of the GM Ryan at this location for multiple days regarding employee LALA!! she did not and refused to give me the sandwich I ordered the other day AFTER messing it up and still refused to remake it AND threw it out in front of my face! I have tried coming to the location 3 times to get ahold of Ryan and to no response and noone ever answers the phone. This employee is very rude. I paid for 2 sandwiches and received only one sandwich that night!
I went into this Subway for the first time today for lunch and ordered a BajaChix Wrap and Broccoli Cheese soup. I asked the man who was making my wrap to substitute my lettuce for spinach and he abruptly cut me off and rudely said, no substitutes allowed that I had to get it the way he makes it. Since when? Any other Subway has freely exchanged out the lettuce for spinach. I would've gave it zero stars if possible but the young lady at the register made up for his lack of customer service.
