My wife and I just came here for lunch and had a great experience. The staff, especially Sage and a gentleman whom I didn’t catch his name, were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal! Would definitely come here again.

I visited your store on 33rd ave and bell road in Phoenix. The cashier (who was very polite) informed me that they won't allow me to bring in my $550 electronic scooter inside while I pick up an order. There are no bike racks for me to lock my scooter up and even if there was THIS IS A HIGH THEFT AREA. If I left my scooter outside and it got stolen I would SUE subway. So ya'll might want to reconsider your rules about electronic scooters
Customer service is good. The guy is usually pretty fast and attentive. The portions are extremely stingy however, and some of the veggies look pretty bad. Mostly the cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce look pretty bad or old. The bread doesn't taste as fresh either. Neither does the sub crunch. The sub crunch tastes stale and not crunchy and fresh. Sage is always an absolute sweetheart!! Somehow she remembers my family's whole order down to a T! Shes very personable and friendly and deserves one helluva raise and promotion! Thanks for everything, Sage!
