Cooper made my sub perfect.
I do not know when the service industry became about the employee and company over the customer. Not shocked to see the reviews. You can still make profit and provide good customer service.
This Subway is terrible. One rude guy works here, that just ignores online orders. After 30 minutes no food, so I asked for a refund. I will never go to this Subway again. This is the problem with fanchises like this. Some are good and some are bad.
