So basically, I was with my daughter and her teammates. They were talking about their game and by the way they were NOT TALKING LOUD. The employee Dakota all of a sudden start yelling at all them to be quiet and said he was under a lot stress because he had a lot of orders. Three people left after he yelled at us. And before this I gave him a 20 dollar tip. I did not appreciate that all.
I was here at Subway, supervising my daughter and her teammates. My daughter and her teammates were discussing about what happened in their previous game when all of a sudden the workers Dakota yelled at us and told us to be quiet loudly. we understand that he was under some stress because he was the only worker working but that is no excuse to yell at us when we were speaking at a calm tone. True, he did apologize after he realized his action, but he should’ve handled the situation more calmly.
