Lady hung up on me when I asked for another sub because she gave me the wrong one
Floors were filthy. Even the benches were filled with dirt! Rude workers! Tried to charge us for water, and then proceeded to tell me I was disrespectful!
Sandwiches SLOPPY and package so poorly it’s insulting. Wrong cookie. No wonder Subway has such a bad reputation. Put more craftsmanship into your products
For the most part the atmosphere in this restaurant is okay. It is inside the YMCA and many people come and go. Today I ordered a sandwich that I normally order. Instead of getting what I ordered the bread was wrong it was ice cold. Upon taking it to the register and requesting for them to remake it in a calm manner, the woman became upset and said I was wrong even though I was clearly reading from the app. She then took out Italian herbs and cheese bread and transferred everything from the other sandwich to the other bread.... read more
