I just order 30 dollas sandwiches and the bread hard as hell, and they won't pick up the phone, really pissed right now, this location suck err time , Fired!!! I did not order toast, and it ain't even toasted!! Give me my money back 😤
I’m a regular customer at this Subway and usually place mobile app orders for quick pickup. Unfortunately, this location gets my order wrong pretty often, which is why I always check my sandwich before leaving. If something’s wrong, I simply ask for it to be corrected since I paid for the order as requested. Sandwich 🥪 🍞 🥪 7.99 meal for every day oh plus tax+
I placed an order last week for pick up , was not able to pick it up . Called a few times trying to cancel order no one picked up. I emailed customer support and they said they would refund me back but need to see a receipt. I emailed them the receipt and never heard back. Emailed the again to see what was going on and no reply. I have yet to receive a refund for an order I did not pick up. Super upset with their response and customer experience.would give zero stars !!!!!
Don’t go in 3 hours before close otherwise they will lose their minds. Portions were not good, bread was not soft.
