We had been looking for a place to have dinner and the several popular Kensington restaurants were full so we walked into this Subway. There was only one Sandwich artist working but they managed to efficiently serve a family of three head of us. I have food sensitivities to gluten (not celiac). When I told this to our artist they quickly made my boyfriends sandwich and then wiped down the entire counter, commonly touched surfaces, replaced utensils and washed their hands thoroughly before making my sandwich on a gluten free ... read more
