went to pick up my mobile and they mistakenly gave it to someone else, no big deal they should just remake it but ended up making a big deal about it when i had the order in my phone asked me three separate times if someone else could have come to pick it up for me, after finally realizing that I didnt have anyone else to come get it the remade it but ended up not following the directions, the sandwiches weren’t toasted like the were supposed to be and they forgot one of the sauces.
I came in today around 1ish and had a really good experience my sandwich was really tasty. The bread was soft and for the most part the veggies were fresh and the female who took my order was such a sweet heart overall a great experience will be coming back again
I bought a six inch sandwich. Lousy food the bread was stale and not the bread that I ordered. The doors on the glass of the meat section was blocked off. Rude unfriendly people. Horrible experience will be going to Jersey Mike’s they have dropped the ball

Great customer service! One of the girl workers was very efficient with her job and little to no wait at all. Will be coming to this location more often!
