Horrible customer service! If you are going to treat people like crap don’t even go to work
I had placed a mobile pickup order. Had a young man with black hair look at me at the counter twice say absolutely nothing to me while i waited for him to finish wiping the counter in the same spot for five minutes, he then walked away and never came back and had to wait another five for a different employee to come out and give it to me, the whole time i was watching my food get cold on the counter sitting out, they also forgot cheese and to toast it on one sandwich and forgot the meat and to toast it on the other one. This is my go-to Subway because it's close and the staff are always really cool. They can come off as rude, but that's only when customers are holding up the line by talking on their phones or not knowing their order. I've used the online pick up, and they've always got the order correct.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! He gave my food away, wouldn't remake it and then called ME a thief like huh I have him on video saying this might I add He seemed like he was on drugs or something and said he was the manager Do not come here and he was letting people not eating just watch and chill in the lobby. Crazy work
