customer experience was less than adequate. Food freshness not adequate. The employees just don't care... unfortunately true.
I been coming to this particular Subway location since my High school days. I have never been disappointed. The sandwiches are delicious and the customer service is great!! They also have a variety of party trays for a family gathering or event.
If I could give 0 stars for the customer service I would. Associate lied saying she was being yelled at about a situation. Ordered delivery through the app and it wasn’t delivered. Tried getting assistance from the store and seeing if it can be redelivered. Associate was complaining to the manager and lying while I could hear everything. The veggies looked really old and wilted. I usually add lettuce but it was brownish and the tomatoes were wilted. My sandwich did not look like the picture, but a Subway issue at all stores. Online it says Subway is open and they were closed. Thankfully there is a Panera near by.
Very busy during lunch hours, but everything was made fast.
