Went to this location 30mins before the posted closing time of 9:00 Pm. Door was locked and when the workers saw us, they went into the back. Pretty sure one of them was a manager. This was on 09/03/2025 at 8:30pm

Walked in for a sub. Saw the worker walk from the back wipe his face with his hand and picked up gloves. Did not wash hands. Dint order walked out
Walk into a nearly empty store, about 6:30PM, nobody in line. I can hear the door ring as I walk in. Wait for approximately 5 minutes before a staff member meets me at the empty line. Proceeds not to ask me what she can get for me, but simply to stare at me and wait for me to speak (her earbuds in the whole time). Repeated this throughout the process.
