Made a pickup order at 2:30, arrived at 3:00 and was told to wait until 3:25 for my order to be made. We went back up to the counter at 3:25 and food was still not made and it took about another 10 minutes to be made. tables in the restaurant were all greasy and dirty despite there being 4 people on duty at a time.The Dumpster was left in the dining area as well and it smelled horrible.
Wanted to get a sub for a nursing home resident but the person working refused to serve us at 915 in the morning. They open at 8 am so there was no reason not to serve us.

DONT ORDER PICK UP FROM HERE!!! Order on the app said it was ready for pickup. Lady at counter said I had no order for pickup even though I showed her that the location was right and it says ready for pickup. She said shrugged it off, ignored me, and went to other customers. Giving me a real headache since now I gotta call my bank to dispute the charge. No wonder this store has bad reviews, I don't blame them.
