I have been routinely disappointed with the speed of service at this location (Tailwind Drive). The location handles online, drive-thru, and walk-in orders which causes long delays to waiting customers. I have had no complaints about the food, just the speed. It seems the location at Tailwind Drive (Airport) was deleted, and all the reviews were transferred.
Go here if you want bad service on every level. I work very close to this location and was excited to have a close by lunch option but it is constant disappointment whether it be speed of service, accuracy of order, etc.
