Attention Uber and doordash drivers this particular location once your full driver's license to pick up an order in which they don't ID their customers for. There is no amount of money on this Earth that would allow me to give some college kid or high school student my driver's license information just to pick up an order. No other restaurant does this and the fact that the subway does makes me wonder if the issues they're having aren't the drivers but them themselves. I had to stop to get lunch with my kids on the way to an appointment, and this location was much better than others I've been to. The restaurant was clean, the employees were polite, and the portions were 3x my local location. Everything was great.
This store is absolutely horrific. They do not know how to make a simple turkey bacon sandwich with mayo, mustard, and lettuce. They screwed it up. I ordered three boxes of cookies (18 total). I got six cookies. I talked to Sierra the store manager, who was very rude and told me she was working a double shift and did not have time to look into my issue !
