Wow, are you serious? How is it possible to mess up a sandwich this bad? I ordered 12 inch but received 6 inch. The bread was dry and stale, it was crumbly and falling appart in my hands. It had the same taste and consistency like old bread left on the counter for a week. The slices of meat were dry, like it stayed in contact with air for too long.
