Wow, are you serious? How is it possible to mess up a sandwich this bad? I ordered 12 inch but received 6 inch. The bread was dry and stale, it was crumbly and falling appart in my hands. It had the same taste and consistency like old bread left on the counter for a week. The slices of meat were dry, like it stayed in contact with air for too long. Un gros zéro pour le service à la clientèle. Les employés se foutent que la franchise fasse de l'argent. 2 heures avant la fermeture et il ny a pas de pain, pas de steak, pas de concombre, pas de salade, aps d'olives... Bref pas moyen d'avoir un choix qui fait du sens... Je pourrais comprendre qu'il manque un ou deux ingrédients ou une erreur d'inventaire mais là c'est beaucoup trop.
