On 4/2/25 I went into the Subway at 1407 Clarewood Suite 101 and ordered a Titan Turkey sandwich, only to get to my destination and discover it was a tuna sandwich (which I can't eat because I'm allergic). I called the store and let them know. They tell me to bring it back and they'd make me a new one. I inform the person that I can't return because I was at work and that I'd come by the next day (today). This five stars goes strictly to the man behind the counter, Chris, he was so kind and gave great customer service despite being the only employee there. Said it was his first time opening alone and it looked great and food was great! Wish they had more people there to help make it quicker. Thought a food manager was supposed to be on duty while the store was open? Chris was great hope y'all get him when he's there!
Perfect food, price and experience!
Just tired the new to me home style chicken salad wrap. Awful, mainly mayonnaise, and the all of the veggies looked old, or it was the crap at the bottom of the pan. My wrap was not even a wrap both ends were left open. The Sun chips tasted old. Wouldn't recommend especially at 10 dollars plus. Worth 3 and that's being nice.
