We've attempted this Subway a couple of times, and unfortunately, the experience just gets worse and worse. Placed an online order for pick up while we were shopping, picked up the order and immediately feel the sandwich is hard as a rock, and a lot lighter than expected. It was apparent they used old, stale bread, and only made a 6 inch when a footlong was ordered. The website give you the option to pay more for bottled soda and everytime I get a fountain drink delivered . Order light mayonnaise and it's slathered on the sandwich . I guess these people can not read . Trash service .
My daughter and I went twice there. Mindy helped me both time, to use giftcard. This card is really annoying to me. She is very kind and I see she is always nice to all customers. Thank you Mindy!!
Terrible customer service! I'd rate it a ZERO if I could. The Subway employee was argumentative and refused to listen to how I wanted the sandwich made and burnt the bread so badly that it wasn't edible. The owner of this Subway franchise ( Emma Harrison) has no follow through and doesn't resolve the issue. I wouldn't recommend either Subway in Fernley NV as the same person is responsible for both locations and like I said has no follow through or desire to correct the situation.
