I came into your store on Thursday evening and ordered a footlong meatball sub for my son. When we got home, we found a long black hair inside the sandwich, which was extremely disappointing and honestly quite off-putting. I called the store right away and was advised to come back in for a refund. By that time, it was already around 9:45 PM, which made the trip back quite inconvenient—but I still returned as instructed. Order subway all the time from other locations without issue. I’ve had several orders that are cheaped out on from this location with meat but today was ridiculous. I ordered steak sub and it appears they split a 6inch portion across a foot long- tastes like a veggie sub. Really disappointed
