Poor customer service and poor quality food. The employees are pretty nice but the day manager is completely uncooperative and bad at her job she has an over all bad additude.
Employees dip after you get your food and don’t answer the phones.
Came in to pick up a mobile order and was greeted by two employees, after grabbing my order and checking it in my car I realized I forgot to click toasted for one of my sandwiches and that the bacon was almost raw. I walk back in to ask them to at least toast it and they were gone. I sat there for almost 20 minutes and no one came out from the back. Employees were fine, Frustrated that they were running low on things. Stopped by at 6pm on a Monday and was told they were low on a lot of things. Couldn't get a fountain drink as they were switching to Pepsi instead of Coke. Out of Hot Honey, out of Olives, out of Onions. Those are just the items I noticed they were out of. Stock your store!
