Very bad customer service staff was very rude never go waste of money to get order from subway
Never order here... Not online atleast!!! So I ordered online.. It was 3 subs.. which they messed up they did not put the sauces as per the order and veggies were missing too and looks like all the missing sauce were added to other sub... I understand things happen.. I called the restaurant and they were so rude... and lastly the said they will give the replacement.. my intent was not to get the one.. but lady said I will take back the wrong one... Which blew my mind thus I literally gave her the little bit eaten sub back.. ... read more
Brutal customer service at this location!! The Subway app never processes my payment even when using different credit cards. I tried ordering on the app and yet again it didn't work. So proceeded to the location where they said they couldn't honor the coupon if I didn't order online. I showed them the app wasn't processing my payment but they ignorantly laughed and said they couldn't help. I've had this problem in the past and other locations just did an override to give the deal. I will not support this location ever again.... read more
