This used to be my favorite location but they hired all new people and in result, has depleted in quality. I asked for extra olives and I got literally 3 olives on my whole sandwich. The old staff would make modifications for me no problem. I’m not gonna go to this subway if they won’t give me what I ask for anymore.
I usually love this location because they are typically amazing, but my visit today at 2:40 PM was incredibly frustrating. The worker, Melissa, had a terrible attitude and made me feel like an absolute inconvenience just for asking for toppings. She kept trying to correct us on our order and was visibly annoyed the entire time—she clearly just wanted us out of there. When we tried to address it, she just made excuses. Had an incorrectly made sandwich. Brought it back in and Tony agreed to remake it. At this point, there were no other customers waiting to be served. As Tony walked over with my order in hand (and I assumed was going to start making it), 3 customers walked in. Tony proceeded to make sandwiches for all 3 customers, which resulted in me waiting for 25 minutes until he remade mine.
