Awful place i went in for a protein pocket and was immediately told I had to have it exactly how it was on the menu ok kinda weird for a subway but anyways I asked if I could have honey mustard instead of the peppercorn ranch and was told no you have to have the peppercorn ranch no matter what even though one of their protein pockets comes with that so what's the freaking big deal
Ordered a pickup order through doordash today 4:57 pm. I got there at 5:15 to pickup despite any communication that it was ready. I was told they didn't have any white bread and it had 5-7 min left. I came back in at 5:25 only to see him look annoyed i was back and barely pulling bread out. I went to get a sandwich for dinner with my husband and our kid asked for a bowl of meatballs because my son wouldn't eat the sandwich. The lady was really rude about the bowl of meatballs, then started making my sandwich and was stingy with the vegetables and meat. She didn't listen when I asked for certain vegetables. The lady was rude as heck and speaks really quiet they can't understand her. The guy was nice
Super sucks that they can’t listen and are rude as hell here. Not only did they get both our sandwiches wrong, in multiple ways, but my $14 yr old son tried to use his gift card to do something nice for me and the wouldn’t let him use it and told him they didn’t accept SUBWAY gift cards…. They made him feel so uncomfortable and they were so rude to him.They were just lazy and didn’t want to do it. They literally gave us a sandwich with mayo and turkey. Nothing else. Will NEVER go to this location again!
