Bad customer service, they don't work well and are rude, if you are unhappy serving, don't work there.
Does not accept valid coupons, said they could do 3 for 24 instead of 18, good deal, right? Wrong. They literally charged double, 35 dollars, and didn't let us know until they were ringing us up. Ridiculous incompetence, dishonest location. Obviously, I'm not going back.
Does not accept coupons and they let us know that at the beginning and that they do the three sandwiches for $23 instead of the $17.99. Two sandwiches are made and 1 is half way done when the manager said "oh that sandwich is more I can't honor the $23 with that sandwich. I should have said then throw that one away and we will pick a different type of sandwich, but I didn't want to waste food. We left there paying $35.15 instead of $17.99 plus tax. 20 years of going to this subway, will not be going back.
