Great sandwich.
Didn’t really think this place could get any worse, but now it actually is. The employees are completely ignorant and lazy, but expect a tip. They don’t even cut your sandwich in half here. Always just one person making subs at a very busy location. They are Out of this, out of that, zero prep for the busy lunch hour. Meatballs were literally cold in the sub I ordered, when I asked if they could microwave it….told me that’s why I need to toast the sub……ignorance at its finest over here
This location needs a change in staffing. The person that works at this location every morning is never ready to serve a customer and is always on the phone sitting in a chair behind the wall on personal calls. This is the first subway I’ve seen that you can stand there while getting ignored until you notice that they have a bell you have to ring for service while you are looking right at that employee on the phone.
