This location needs a change in staffing. The person that works at this location every morning is never ready to serve a customer and is always on the phone sitting in a chair behind the wall on personal calls. This is the first subway I’ve seen that you can stand there while getting ignored until you notice that they have a bell you have to ring for service while you are looking right at that employee on the phone. This will be the last time we order from this subway. Ordered at 10am and it was not ready until 10:35am and it said it would be at 10:15am and thr order was incorrect and were out of pickles. Ridiculous to say the least!
Tee is a great employee. She’s always smiling. And handles every customer with a smile and prompt service I eat lunch here regularly bc I know what to expect and the amazing customer service is always on point
Poor attitude and Not prepared to make orders after being open an hour.
Not very happy, my sub roll was Stale. I had to peel the whole top of it off to be able to eat it. Worst sub I've ever had! What the hell has happened to this place. Update, I had let the store know and today I went in and they replaced the subs. And they were so much better. Thank you Tee
