Not even one star — just mentioning the name ‘Sweni’ so that management is aware. I had an unpleasant experience with her due to her rude and unprofessional behavior. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy, but her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. On the other hand, the male staff member was absolutely polite, respectful, and helpful — a complete contrast.
