Talk about EXCELLENT customer service! The girl behind the counter was awesome! Great tuna sandwich! Need more people like her that greet with a smile!
Staff is friendly but it’s takes FOREVER for them to make anything
I placed an online order for pickup and waited an additional 20 minutes after it’s ready time. The store was not that busy and the employees were making subs for the people standing inline rather than making the online orders ahead of mine. Won’t be back. If you own this location you lost a customer.
This is about the 5th time in a row coming to this location with the oldest rock hard bread. It’s hard to believe it’s even made same day, especially after lunch rush. May be my first negative review but after so many repeats of same problem I wanted to be honest.
I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Darius! He took his time making my sandwich, ensuring it was neatly prepared and not sloppy. He was also super pleasant and friendly you could tell he genuinely enjoys his job. Great service makes all the difference, and Darius definitely delivered. Kudos to him! I’ll be coming back!
