The employee did not prepare the order correctly. I had requested one of the sandwiches to be toasted, but she was unaware of this until I mentioned it at pickup. At that point, she attempted to toast the entire sandwich. When I asked for it to be remade, she did so carelessly, making it poorly and not even wrapping it properly.
The gentleman (Keith?) who was working by himself during our visit was very kind and provided awesome service! Love this location due to the great atmosphere and for that employee making each experience efficient.
If I could give 0 stars I would.. I walked in cause it smelled good & to get me a sandwich, and as I walked in both employees a older female and younger African American man were sitting down eating, which is fine but the male got up to assist me but I’m looking directly at him, he gets up with mayo & crumbs on his face & wipes his mouth with his bare hands & missed some of the mayo on his mouth, comes around the counter and goes straight towards the gloves to make my sandwich..
