Kind staff, always has a smile when I come in!
If rhere was zero stars definately would choose. Didn't even get to order the lady at the counter was taking her sweet time and expected customers to be onher time. I get that she was working alone but you have to move to get the customers out and happy. I walked in and she gave me a hate face nah never again will I waste my precious lunch hour at this location. I will make sure to let people know if they want Subway not at this location
The employee did not prepare the order correctly. I had requested one of the sandwiches to be toasted, but she was unaware of this until I mentioned it at pickup. At that point, she attempted to toast the entire sandwich. When I asked for it to be remade, she did so carelessly, making it poorly and not even wrapping it properly.
The gentleman (Keith?) who was working by himself during our visit was very kind and provided awesome service! Love this location due to the great atmosphere and for that employee making each experience efficient.
