August 1st 2025, Friday 9:10pm. The sandwich artists moved in slow motion when making the sub. I can understand it’s almost time to close at 10pm, but the general attitude and service was just poor. Also rude and passive aggressive at checkout. Got a rice bowl and didn’t even receive a utensil. Workers just seemed pissed off at the world. Never wrote a review before but this experience just left me annoyed. Didn’t understand what their problem was.
Had a great experience at Subway thanks to Ruby and Sagar! They were both super friendly, professional, and made my sub exactly how I wanted it. Ruby was careful with the toppings and made sure everything was fresh and well-balanced, while Sagar was quick and efficient with the prep. Their teamwork and positive attitude really stood out and made the visit enjoyable. Definitely appreciate their great service!
