I ordered the $6.99 meal of the day which was the 6 inch cold cut combo. The server told me that I was only allowed to get bologna as the cold cut combo. He only put 1 banana pepper on my sandwich and didn’t add my cheese. The cold cut combo is supposed to be ham,Turkey and bologna.
Unfortunately the best part of the meal was the SUN Chips! the Italian bread was hard/stale, you can not see the meats like the other locations. Drink station did not look sanitized. Staff were friendly though when I mentioned the bread being stale not much was done for us or the following customers.
The only subway in RI that I know that has a drive thru.
Edit: I've been going to this location consistently for a while now, the quality has sharply dropped off in the last month or two. They have continually messed up my orders and even when I order ahead, I end up waiting a while at the store, even when there is no line. People don’t go to Subway because they make amazing sandwiches. They go because they need something to eat and they don’t have a ton of time. That’s why, when you have a line of customers waiting to order and five employees behind the counter - none of whom are making sandwiches, then you’re doing something wrong. The soda fountain is also completely watered down. This location needs a serious overhaul.
