I went to this subway for lunch, and after I oredered- I could not find my wallet. I was frantic. I wound up canceling all my credit cards and had a stressful week. A wonderful employee David, came to my house tonight and said we have your wallet- I had dropped it on the floor- and thought I had lost it. He was so kind- I offered him a reward- and he said that's OK.
I recently ordered a sandwich through the subway app. When I went to pick it up there was Nanny's on the sandwich which I did not order. I was told by one of the workers that they absolutely would not remake it for me however they could offer me a napkin to wipe it off. It is really unfortunate this type of service is still out there. fast service on to go order sandwiches were waiting and i only ordered a few minutes before arriving. perfectly crafted artisanal subs. The sandwich Artist was friendly and professional. 13$ for 2 foolong subs what a deal with the bogo deal.
