I have ordered from this location multiple times, and the younger guys that work here have always been extremely rude to customers.

Food was good, but always understaffed for lunch, waited half an hour to get a sub made for me. The line was almost out the door while one worker was working as fast as they could, Need more staff.
Went to the Dewdney location for the first time in a while - service was meh and the bread was rock hard! i’ve been going to other franchises of late due to ever declining quality but decided one more chance which was a huge disappointment - the bread should be the star and that has not been my experience last few times
Stood in line as the only customer for 10 min while two workers were making a pick up order for someone who wasn't even there. I left and won't be coming back.Total lack of customer service.
