Management messed up my order asked if they can fix it and they refused. Never eating here again.
The employee at the front, Maria, was very rude and rushed the entire process. She was extremely snappy and seemed irritated when I asked for extra items, even though I made it clear I was willing to pay for them. Her attitude made the experience unpleasant and unwelcoming. If you don’t enjoy what you’re doing don’t work there.
How many one-star reviews before someone in charge cares? The lady working at 3:20 on 2/21/26 was one of the least professional employees of any business I have ever encountered. After i stood waiting at the counter for several minutes, she finally came out from the back. She saw me in front of the register, made eye contact with me as she was putting on gloves, and then she walked to the opposite end of the counter to try to take care of someone else first. Female employee acts like she works on comission, or ingredients come out of her own paycheck. On at 2 occasions now I've been denied simple things like extra black olives. Lady sprinkles a tiny bit and says "yeah that's extra". Also for some reason, things have to be in an exact order now, never seen that at any subway before.
