I ordered a sandwich and sat down to eat it and took one bite and realized that the bread was stale. There were tons of people in the store at that time and I did not want to make a fuss with the busy workers behind the counter. So I ate the interior of the one half of the sandwich. Then I took the other half to the counter and complained that the bread was stale. She claimed that it was made fresh. Rude worker named Danial as soon as I came in was very dismissive told me it would be a wait and proceed to go to the back and put heads phones in and starts cleaning. I ask how much longer resulting in the worker becoming aggressive and condescending. He started calling me sweetie and when I asked who the manger was he proceeds to tell me to “figure it out yourself sweetie”. I hope whoever is in charge here disciplines that worker because that is just awful and unacceptable service. I have select words for Danial but unlike... read more
