I placed an online order at this restaurant. It took over 40 minutes from the time the order was placed to the time I received it. My app said that it was ready after 20 minutes. I went to the counter and the employee said it was not ready and the app was wrong. I waited and watched the ENTIRE LINE get served, while a group of people that had online orders were ignored. I tell you, this subway is generous. Their serving is worth it. Bigger bread than some Subways here, they stuffed it. The ones in walmart industrial blvd they suck, too small of a bread= less toppings inside. Fresh and hot. its also participating location for coupons.
Horrible customer service, very rude. Please do something.
The young man working the register with the long hair and glasses constantly makes rude comments to customers. Have witnessed it on multiple occasions and today it was aimed at us. I understand everyone has off days but to constantly be angry and just have a poor attitude is not how you should be while at work, very unprofessional
My online order was ready on time. All 3 sandwiches were made to order correctly. Pickup was easy. And everything tasted fresh and delicious.
