Twice the bread was stale

My experience at this location is ALWAYS disappointing. I ordered the number 16 with Italian herbs and cheese bread. The bread was so stale it felt like biting into a rock. This location consistently disappoints, and I can’t understand why the quality is always so poor. The lack of care in food preparation makes me regret ordering from here every time. I don’t own a car, so walking back to the restaurant to have my sandwich remade wasn’t an option, especially with the extreme heat that day. It was simply too inconvenient to ... read more
