Stopped in after work and the man was very nice he made small talk about jelly roll as the music was playing in the background. Friendly, kind, respectful and fast!
Placed my order online and found out it was thrown away, so I still had to wait for my order I already placed, didn’t see the point in ordering online (This unrelated but ending up being late to work because of this lol) No compensation for it. Makes sense why the rating is low
One of the best subways in the area as far as Ypsilanti goes. My kids love this place and for 20 bucks you got a good amount of food or 30 bucks to get a really good amount of food. Southwest friendly into the point and got your sub made quickly. They also have both Pepsi and Coke products one in a fountain and one in the bottles but it's still they have both as unusual for any fast food place so I'm just glad that they have both products.
Ordered while walking to this Subway from a conference at Eastern and while I didn't expect my food to be made yet, they instead kept helping walk up even after I arrived. When I finally got my food, they definitely skimped on my meat and cheese. Pop cooler hadn't been stocked yet as I doubt they went through their entire Pepsi stock (had more in back, refilled it after serving me and I let them know it was empty). No napkins in the bag either.
