“I placed an order for 11:15. I called the restaurant to change it to 10:30, and the employee, told me it was fine. I arrived at 10:30, and the same employee told me he didn’t have the order and that I had to wait until 11:15 for it to be prepared… and that’s exactly what happened—he didn’t give it to me! Incredible, even though I showed him the email proving the order was paid. To top it off, at the end he told me: ‘you never come back again…’”
Love subway but I ordered this morning watched a employee (with no name tag of course) sneeze and cough without covering his face and cherry on top pick at his nose
Everything is great until you find out the salt content. I no longer frequent the franchise.
Fruit flies everywhere, landing on the produce and sandwiches while they are being made. So gross.
