Fruit flies everywhere, landing on the produce and sandwiches while they are being made. So gross.
Store is very dirty. Lots of flies throughout the store including the area where sandwich is assembled. The broken glass countertop that is covering the ingredients is a health hazard. Ottawa health should pay a visit.
opened my sandwich up and some bugs flew out so decided to not even eat it! there is a serious lack of hygiene here
Bad service from the staff, rude, and also all the clients there couldn't understand what the staff was saying. There was also garbage on two of the table.
I have purchased lunch here numerous times over the past year. There is no fountain drink machine; it has been out-of-order for as long as I can remember. While the sandwiches are basically what you expect from a Subway, the lack of cleanliness is the real problem. This week, it was so bad that I walked in and walked out without buying lunch for the first time, after seeing the state of the floor -- dirt, food, litter, and debris everywhere. If the floor looks like that, what's the state of the kitchen?
