I used to make it my business to stop at this Subway because I wanted to support the owner and I got great service. Not the case this time. The two ladies appeared to be upset with a schedule or something. I ordered a roast beef sandwich thinking that it was the garlic roast beef. No big deal. As I am not a student of the Subway menu, I obviously ordered incorrectly and should have stated “garlic”. The two ladies had derogatory commentary online incorrect ordering process. Terrible service. People here are unnecessarily rude to customers
On 9 Jan,2025 at 2:06pm I was here. White girl serving here, she is very polite. On other hand black lady was on cashier. She is very rude, don’t know how to speak with customers. I ask for meal, I paid for it. She never offered me receipt and no chips. When I ask for that, she will be like grab and go frm here. That not the way u talk with your customers. If u don’t wanna work sit at home but don’t ruin someone’s day with your horrible attitude. Five stars for white girl, working hard and fast for customers.
