Lettuce, tuna was dried.. the person preparing was not aware of asking for sauce and tried packing without that.. Had to wait for long time to get a person in the front desk

This was one of the most disappointing Subway experiences I’ve had. The employee was using a mobile phone while preparing food, which is unprofessional and raises hygiene concerns. To make matters worse, my sub was handled and wrapped with one hand that wasn’t gloved. The sandwich itself was noticeably smaller than expected, and I was told I could only choose up to four toppings. One of the main reasons customers come to Subway is to customize their sandwiches, so limiting toppings defeats the purpose of the experience. Over... read more
