I ordered on the app for the first time to use a coupon ( could not use in store had to be online) . I did not know that the meat ball subs automatically get parmesan cheese on them and you have to take it off if you dont want it , as everything else on the sub you have to add like you normaly do when you order in store. I use to manage a subway. This one is the only subway in Moose Jaw, I will go to. Keep up the great work
They offer a BOGO deal on the app but when you order it immediately cancels your order yet charges you anyways. Then when you show up there's no order. If you try to re order In the store they try to scam you and charge full price as the deal is "app only" and they refuse to give you the deal THEY advertised. 0/10 Foods mediocre at best and not worth the hassle.
I love this subway location! As a regular customer, the lady staff already know the sub i am getting. I almost forgot my change and politely reminded me about it.
i stop around 7pm to grab supper for my kids. The staffs are very welcoming and nice. They made my subs perfectly and all veggies are fresh.
