This location should be a shining beacon of what Subway could be. It's a nicely remodeled store, in a busy location. Yet it isn't. For a place that bakes their own loaves, how did I end up with 2 sandwiches that had hard stale bread? How did the person preparing them not feel how hard they were, and not decide to swap them for a good loaf? It's rude. It's uncaring. It's a complete ripoff. We can't eat this garbage. First and last time using this particular Subway in Ozark, AL. I placed an online order and they didn't even come close! Surprisingly the receipt was correct as to what I ordered but half the ingredients were missing from my (5) sandwiches.
