I have stopped going yo this location where they are totally dishonest and now go to the Pleasantville Subway which is excellent. In Ossining, When you use a reward deal they cut down on the amount of meat, cheese and vegetables and give you much less than a regular sandwich. I ordered a beast which is supposed to have 50% more meat and cheese and it had less meat than a cold cut trio. I genuinely don't know how this place is even open. The floor is CAKED with trash and crumbs, the food looks months old, and the bread is grossly stale. The kid who served me was nice, but there is no chance this place meets any food safety standards; please do NOT go here. I only regret not having photos to prove it, but every negative review here is right

Absolutely horrible, when you see the older gentleman there RUN don’t walk out of there. I am not sure if he is the owner that is why he still is able to still work there. But if Subways offers deals or if you have a coupon he is so rude about it and barely gives you any meat or sauce on what you order. I ordered the protein pocket because I got it at the same location prior from a younger gentleman and it was amazing.
