First time eating here. Cleveland really took care of us, great customer service, and very attentive. It's hard to find people that work hard like that.

All 3 times I've been here, the food has tasted old and the soda machine always pours flat soda. The employees always look pissed off and Ive been short changed as well. Wouldn't recommend 😕

The heavy set boy working on 4/26/2026 around 1 had a rude attitude. We waited awhile at the counter for him to come out and when he did he was dragging his feet. I don’t expect him to be skipping with a smile but do your job. Then he is slamming ingredients and throwing the sandwich together like we offended him. Then he is just staring at my partner and I with a hostile look and mumbling incoherently under his breath. Shoutout to J at Subway! He had great customer service; super patient, quick, and friendly. It wasn’t too busy, but he still made everything smoothly and efficiently.
