The person serving me my vegan sub touched cheese and salami for another person's order without changing gloves. Im vegan and don't want cross-contamination. Very low quality of hygiene.
To the staff member working at 6 PM today, No one appreciates being lied to. If you simply forgot the process of making subs, that’s understandable — it was late in the day and you may been working hard. However, it’s not acceptable to blame the customer for not mentioning the heating step, or to say the customer “already knew” that you wouldn’t heat the sub in winter. Please be honest and take responsibility rather than making excuses. — A burned out customer
