absolutely horrible and so unprofessional, i payed in cash and they gave me the wrong amount of change back. i called them and tried to correct their mistake and they didn’t even try to resolve it and said they would call me back and never did. $40 dollars for two subways is crazy and barley any toppings or anything
Placed an order online. Order accepted and paid for. Got a confirmation email. Walked 15 mins up the there, and they said they are not taking online orders. Asked if they could fix it for me considering the order is paid for - said there is nothing they could do. Terrible service.
Poor hygiene practices where the staff adjusted their face and hair with gloved hands and then proceeded to make sandwiches touching veg etc for not only mine but everyone else’s sandwich. It’s not difficult to change gloves…
Horrible attitude from the person serving tonight. My card declined,and while I was transferring money between accounts, the server rudely demanded the cookies back, and wouldn’t let me pay. I’m not sure if people steal $3 cookies where she was from, but that was no excuse for her disgusting behaviour. Ended up walking out and buying something elsewhere. Don’t act so cheap, no one is stealing your cookies.
One woman staff was very rude, I don’t recommend at all and will never go back again. I went to the restaurant on Sat 2 May in the afternoon, the woman was rude and rushed me to order my food.
