He forgot to take the chicken fillet out of the microwave and put in my sandwich because he went to the back to get more cheese as they ran out (this was before 12pm). Also got zero onion as they always seem to run out before the lunch rush but can never be bothered to go and top up. Never a smile. Always feels like a rush and we are burdening him. They should just get rid of the current staff and hire people who are want to work!
Staff were friendly and welcoming enough but how the hell do you not even know how to make a sandwich which is literally on the menu? They not only claimed they didn't have the ingredients despite it only being 11am, they literally had no idea how to make it and I had to read the ingredients off the subway website in front of them on my phone and build my own (wasn't the one I ordered but I got it as close as I could). Some better training is needed guys, come on...
Bought Subway 10.30am, 22nd Aug 2025. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Daniel was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking basic manners. Instead of helping/smiling customers, he slammed things around and acted like serving people was a burden. If you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on paying customers , stay home.
